does this flat have a sofa that can be turned into a bed in the living room.  or is it just 2 beds.

also is this flat available from either of the two dates below:

13th December 2010 to 6th January 2011

or

20th December 2010 to 6th January 2011

can you please advise the ttal cost for both dates either in LE or GBP
