STOP PLASTIC IN DAHAB - Dive to make a Difference

Description:   
The world is waking up to the destruction of our planet by plastic - Dahab is one of the worst-affected places due to water bottles and shopping bags and insufficient waste disposal. Desert, coral, fish, turtles, nothing is sacred for this waste! Let's drink from 20l bottles, and shop with cotton bags and STOP PLASTIC IN DAHAB!

To raise awareness of this I will be freediving (on one breath!) through The Arch in the Blue Hole - 55m down, 35m through, 55m back up - where I can finally breathe. I aim to be the FIRST WOMAN IN THE WORLD to do this using only my monofin. The dive is through a natural tunnel through the coral reef - stunningly beautiful, yet tragically littered with plastic bags.

If we each reduce our use of plastic we can make a HUGE DIFFERENCE! Watch this page for updates of my project. Let's join the global movement against plastic and return Dahab to its natural, plastic-free, beauty!
